We are still open and still able to serve you.
We know you rely on us when emergencies happen and, as always, we are here for you. While we are remaining open, we assure you we are taking every proactive measure necessary to protect the safety of our customers and employees. There is no stopping COVID-19 at this point, but we have the ability to take action to slow its spread. If we (American Citizens/San Diegans) are effective at slowing the pace of the virus spreading, it will give our medical community the ability to more effectively treat the influx of patients they will be receiving on top or their already busy schedules.
This is Plumbing Plus’s primary objective, driving the actions we will be implementing. If we can help slow the spread, the people most in need of care will have their greatest chances of receiving it. We have taken increased steps to ensure we can continue to serve you while protecting your health and the health of our technicians.
In order to assist customers without risking their health and safety by having someone enter their homes, Plumbing Plus is now offering phone and/or video consultation appointments with a Master Plumber. These consultations do come with a charge, but the fee will be waived if we are unable to solve the issue remotely and must visit your home.
We are following all safety guidelines set and enforced by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO). This is an uncertain time, but we want to stress the importance of coming together as a community to help one another stay calm, comfortable, and healthy amidst the outbreak of COVID-19.
