I've been using Plumbing Plus for years because they always do great work. I combined several small jobs together to make the trip worthwhile. Instead of just doing what I had asked for, Isaiah knew that the multiple issues might indicate a pressure problem and checked that first so that he wasn't replacing parts that would then fail because the root problem hadn't been addressed. The pressure was fine and he got the repairs done quickly, cleaned up after himself, and did check the fittings under the sinks to make sure that there weren't any other issues. Isaiah was friendly, informative, and will be the plumber I ask for the next time I need work done. Also the person I'll suggest when friends ask for a referral.

They have replaced my water heater, found and repaired two separate leaks, serviced my water heater (replaced the 'sacrificial anode), and replaced the pressure regulator that was making a high pitched squeal every time we turned on the water. I called plumbing plus because our water was leaking into the garage and we had no idea why. We called multiple plumbers but they couldn't help with our predicament but referred us to plumbing plus because they deal with problems within the wall pipes. Their response was immediate. It took them 20 minutes to come to our place and fix the problem. It was a lot less stressful with Scott F. who was friendly and walked us through everything that was happening and why--then fixed everything as quickly as possible. My tankless hot water wouldn't ignite. When four plumbers didn't show up, although one company did call and inform me they would come the next day (Day 5 of NO HOT WATER), Nathan of Plumbing Plus arrived exactly when he stated he would; agreed the igniter faulty; informed me it might take two to three day to get a replacement which he ordered immediately. The replacement arrived late the next day. When I notified the office, I thought it would probably be replaced the next day. However, Nathan appeared within an hour and installed it. Suffice it to say I now have a new plumber and highly recommend this company.

I had a long list of items ranging from replacing our water regulator outside, two leaky faucets (probably from ongoing water regulator issues), a bathtub gasket and hooking up an oven. I experienced two technicians coming out, Corrie and Lamonte, and could not have been happier with both of them. They were both smart guys that could diagnose the issues and also think outside the box for solutions. They were highly professional and just all around friendly.

At 80 years old and living alone, my grandmother felt comfortable with the team being there and although I was also there, I totally would have trusted this team to take good care of my grandma. I so appreciated the work done by Kyle and Matthew. They were very thorough in resolving the hot water leak in my dad's house. After diagnosing the fact there was no manifold they were able to reroute the hot water line through the attic. What a blessing that was not to have to tear up the flooring. It was a big job but was done in two days. And I especially was impressed that they didn't leave a mess afterwards.
