Terrific experience using Plumbing Plus. They were very communicative in terms of scheduling and letting me know when the plumber would arrive at my house. Specifically, the plumber Joey was amazing. He cleared a clogged drain in 15 minutes that a plumber from another company could not clear after an hour of work (and then they provided estimates for cutting through drywall!) Joey and Plumbing Plus saved me a lot of time and money. I highly recommend contacting Plumbing Plus for any plumbing issues. I’m very glad that I did.

While doing some yard work yesterday, I noticed water seeping from under the garage door. I traced it back to a faulty water heater that might need to be replaced. The water heater had flooded the utility room adjacent to the garage. As a loyal customer with Plumbing Plus since 2018, I called this morning, Monday, and explained the problem. Jasmine was very polite and concerned and said that she could get someone out sometime today; she just didn’t know when. I wasn’t worried because Plumbing Plus has always come on that same day. Kyle showed up and did a thorough assessment of the problem and all other areas related, including the sinks and toilets. As I expected them to, after he consulted with the office, he provided options as to what was major (needing to be addressed now) and what was minor (not really an issue but could be addressed later). My experiences with Plumbing Plus have always been collaborative. There is no sales pitch or upsales. With the yearly plan ($119) I already had in place, I get a free yearly water heater flush ($149) and 10% discount. They provide monthly payment options as well. Very reasonable. They try to help you with discounts as best they can. After Kyle left, Martin Ruiz and Daniel Cisneros showed up to do the work - replace water heater and fixtures, pressure tank, replace corroded piping under the sink and corroded faucets in the bathrooms. They were pleasant, conversational, and respectful. They showed themselves to also be professional and skilled in what needed to be done. They cleaned up after themselves and explained a few other things to me as well. There is a saying, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” I called this morning and had my plumbing problems resolved the same day. As a loyal customer of 8 years with Plumbing Plus, I say, “If it’s broke, and you want it fixed, call Plumbing Plus.”

Jake and Jared fixed a defective shower valve. Their work was excellent. Very friendly and professional. The job involved having to open up some drywall to access the valve, which they handled carefully and cleanly. I’ve used Plumbing Plus in the past and appreciate the thorough diagnostic work they always do. This time David returned to do a straightforward replacement of tub drain gasket, having previously opened up the drywall and exposed the problem area. He and helper Daniel efficiently completed the replacement drain joint but found a subsequent issue when stress testing the repair. Instead of adding on a new investigation estimate, they treated it as an extension of the initial repair due to the joint at the other end of the repaired pipe starting to leak. The subsequent leak was in an awkwardly challenging location, but David and Daniel were determined to find a way to access and resolve it fairly quickly. I was impressed by their perseverance and integrity to thoroughly complete the entire job and again verify with a complete stress test. 5 star service by them both.

I’ve now had three service visits over the years. The service has always been first rate. The work was fully explained in each instance. I’ve had David the last two times, and he has been extremely helpful. I’ve had two tankless water heaters installed, multiple faucet assemblies replaced, and repairs to a shower. David did exceptional work every step of the way. He explained all the issues. Follow-up care was perfect. The A.I. phone intake is a tad odd, but actual person follow-up was very good. David came to my house for a garbage disposal replacement and what we thought would also be cleaning out the line because the water from the sink was going into the dishwasher. He was so nice and informative about the situation. David checked out everything and gave me quotes for two different solutions and proceeded to replace my garbage disposal. Then he did further investigation, and it turned out I didn’t need my line cleaned out, and the whole issue was my bad garbage disposal. He took the price of cleaning out the line off the bill. I was very impressed by David’s honesty. He had to redo the plumbing for the new garbage disposal and helped me vacuum out the disgusting water in the dishwasher. Then, when I was carrying out the shop vac with the disgusting water from the dishwasher, the top of the shop vac came off, and the water spilled all over my dining room floor 🤦♀️ He helped me clean that up and resumed working on my garbage disposal replacement. David was an absolute pleasure to work with, and he was very informative and honest with me, and I really appreciated him helping me clean up the water mess. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I certainly would. You usually don’t get this kind of honesty and integrity in the home service arena, at least from my previous experiences. Thank you, David, for your help in fixing my issue and teaching me a little about plumbing. I will definitely call Plumbing Plus for any future issues I may have.

Toney did an excellent job tightening our faucet that comes loose. He was also very polite and cleaned up well after the job was complete. He needed a special tool to make sure it was tightened properly. He also fixed our shutoff valves, as one had a small leak when disconnected. The jury is still out to see if the faucet stays tight. I like the one-year warranty on the work. Update April 2, 2026: Used Plumbing Plus again; here is the review. David and Cole replaced four faucets and ten 1/4 stops. They showed up on time and did a terrific job. They kept us up to speed with progress as we left to run errands. Exceptional service provider. They are a bit expensive. But you get what you pay for, a terrific job from start to finish. This is the third time I used Plumbing Plus and would use them again.

I contacted Plumbing Plus because our tankless water heater was throwing intermittent codes and not heating. They were able to fit us in within 2 days, which was great. Jake called when he was on the way and was able to work around my kids' school schedule, which I really appreciated. Jake was on time and was able to resolve the issue for us in a timely fashion. We were so grateful that we could get our water heater repaired! Updated review: 3/17/26 Unfortunately, our water heater started acting up again, as Jake had advised us it might. Plumbing Plus was able to come to our rescue the day after we called and made a valiant effort to save the water heater, but it ended up needing replacement. Jared, Kyle, and Daven were able to install a new Navien tankless water heater and a Flow Tech scale remover the same day, and they did a fantastic job! I was really impressed with their work, and Plumbing Plus will be our go-to plumbing service from now on.

We had a section of cast iron drain pipe in the crawl space of our house that was very old and leaking. Jake and Cole came out and quoted the job at a very fair price. They inspected the rest of the house and pointed out a few other plumbing things we may want to consider repairing. There was no pressure at all from them to do any of the repairs. They built individual quotes where we could pick and choose what repairs we wanted done. We selected what we wanted done and they came back the next day and got everything done. They removed the cast iron, replaced it with ABS, installed the new garbage disposal and faucet, and put in new valves. They were professional and did a great job. We've been using Plumbing Plus for a few years and will continue to come back.

Initial problem was high water pressure detected by an inspection - regulator had failed. Also, a small leak was detected on main line near the regulator - agreed to recommendation to replace main line from city meter. Corrosion observed on some interior shutoff valves - recommended install of electronic de-scaler and replace corroded valves. The city needed to turn off our water and warned of possible issues afterward. We were concerned about our tankless water heater and were advised by the manufacturer that it should be turned back on by a plumber, so I called Plumbing Plus, who had serviced it a few months ago. I was so happy with a next-day appointment! David and Jared powered the water heater back on and checked our main shut-off. Fortunately, they found the pressure regulator was bad (33 years old) and our water pressure was too high. They were so patient and kind with my retired engineer husband who had to double-check with his own gauge. Mario worked on the following items. First, my Rhino filtering system sprung a leak and needed replacing. My water heater needed flushing and my pressure valve needed replacing. All is working fine now. I am very pleased with the work that was performed. It is now a couple of years later, and this time Jake and Kyle came and installed a new kitchen faucet and two new bathroom faucets. They did a review of the household watering system and suggested that my water heater might need replacing since it was installed in 2002. I now have a new water heater, which should last me a long time. Jake and Kyle were very professional and did a great job. I am very pleased.

Honest, professional, experienced! Had a reoccurring issue with my Noritz tankless and needed a diagnostic run on it. I initially called the plumbing company that sold me on this unit and who installed it. When booking the appointment with this company, they were informed of the specific issue I was having with the Noritz, and they sent out someone that didn't know anything about Noritz. I found out after the fact they lost their one plumber who worked on Noritz. Amazing, a company that upsells you on a Noritz and you pay over 6K and then they can't service it. After some research, I contacted Plumbing Plus and they sent out a trained Noritz plumber (Jason) who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Jason was not in a hurry and wanted to make sure he took his time to find out what was causing the reoccurring issue. Plumbing Plus could have tried to sell me on a new tankless - they did not. Nor did they try and perform work that would not fix the issue. I will use this company moving forward on all my plumbing needs. I like that they are family owned, they actually care and take their time!

As a property manager I'm extremely impressed. David and Mario came out to my client's house on a short-term notice and gave me multiple options for my sewer that was broken and leaking into my tenant's crawl space. They gave me a short-term and long-term solution to the root cause of my issue, which was my flange was an 1 inch below the finish floor after my bathroom was remodeled by a one-day remodel company. After the rapport they built off their experience I decided to go with the long-term solution, which was cost-effective, as I've had other companies come out and try to sell me a new toilet. They figured out the root cause of the issue and fixed my problem without selling me a boatload of stuff or a new toilet. I have a Neorest toilet, which if you know is an expensive toilet, and I can't believe I've had other companies come out and try to sell me a new toilet as if my toilet was bad or "cracked" or as I've been told. First time using the company but extremely impressed. If you're looking for a company that is honest I would highly suggest considering, only sticking with this company and will refer to all my other owners.

Final Update: It has been a few years since this happened. I feel like I should update the review to inform that Plumbing Plus adjusted the invoice and issued a refund the same month I posted the last update. I have utilized their services multiple times since after that. They are a bit expensive compared to average plumbers, but the cost is justified by the highly professional staff. I totally recommend them when you need high quality plumbing services that you don't want to take risk with average handyman/shady plumbers. Update 8/3: We understand that this is an unusual situation. Had a conversation with Mike from Plumbing Plus, they are taking ownership of this situation, and he said they will handle this and do right by us. They are back here working on a temporary solution I agreed to, to address the leak, and promised to adjust the invoice and issue a refund. Original review: We have a hot water line slab leak in our master bath. Things that were ok/good... 1. They were on time, professional, and wore masks throughout the time they were in my house (which I really appreciate). 2. Their plumbing tech explained my options and gave me multiple quotes quickly. 3. Their online system to review and choose from quotes/options is decent. 4. The folks who worked on whatever work they did were hardworking and patient. But Plumbing Plus re-routed a pipe that wasn't a problem and charged me $5,500, while the pipe that was leaking continues to be a problem. In their defense, they re-routed the line that was marked by the leak detection company.

This visit was for an evaluation and cost analysis to replace our water heater and the prospective replacement of 3 original toilets in our house built in the late 80s. Their representative (Tony), sent to our home, was very thorough and considerate in addressing what I was looking for, and very respectful, seemingly not a common trait these days. We will be moving forward with both needs in the coming weeks. I am always happy to recommend Plumbing Plus and have done so multiple times both in our neighborhood and in online forums. 1/23/24… Tony and Jacob were out last week to replace the water heater and the 3 original toilets. Excellent, efficient and clean job. And as I noted before, these guys are very polite and considerate. I had them add the hot water recirculating water pump/timer for our two-story home, so now we have hot water immediately at the farthest point from the water heater. No more filling buckets in the shower waiting for the water to heat up. I will be having them out once a year to review everything and flush the tank as a preferred customer for a minimal annual fee. Absolutely worth it!

The responsiveness of Plumbing Plus completely exceeded my expectations. A leak had developed in one of my bathroom copper pipes, so the need to get it fixed was urgent. They immediately dispatched two technicians, Mario and Matt, who were fantastic. They quickly diagnosed the problem. Using some cool high-tech tools, they quickly fixed a problem I had expected would not be fixed the same day. They were also able to diagnose another problem I had with the water regulator on the house and also fixed it on the spot. This was by far the best experience I have had with a plumbing company and I give them my strongest possible recommendation!

I was called within the last hour of that four-hour window, and I was offered to reschedule. I told them they really wanted someone that day, so she sent me out someone as soon as she could. And the plumber, Xavier, was very friendly and courteous. I had a broken bathtub drain, which was causing a leak into an adjoining wall. That was actually diagnosed by a friend of mine who is a contractor but didn’t have time to do the plumbing. He replaced the drain pretty fast, but I thought it was a little on the pricey side, considering what little bit of time it took to fix it.

Our water regulator and shut-off valve started leaking over the weekend. I contacted Plumbing Plus on Sunday afternoon via their contact us form on their site. Christina reached out to me Monday morning to share availability for someone to come out later that afternoon. Thirty minutes before their arrival, I received an automated text with information about a technician being dispatched to my house. Jordan was professional and courteous; he talked me through his assessment, estimated cost, and answered all my questions. Work was clean, efficient, and ahead of schedule. Jordan took my payment via tablet, and photos of the work and invoice were sent instantaneously. I highly recommend Plumbing Plus!

Inspected a tankless water heater and diagnosed it easily. Ruled out alternative issues and worked on it first to see if the gas line could be repaired in-unit. Then gave varied options for its replacement once it was ascertained that the cost of the fix was not worth it, given the unit's lifespan. Technician also listened to plumbing problems at another site in North County and easily deduced what issues were based on the age of the plumbing. Liked the methodical, comprehensive approach of the plumber who really seemed to know and like his trade. Will be using them at 2 sites, so look for more reviews down the line. Exceptionally knowledgeable and professional.

Plumbing Plus put a smaller sewer pipe inside several yards of ancient iron sewer pipes, and then put a liner inside their sewer pipe. I still don’t know how they did it. The bill was, of course, breathtaking, but a lot less than if they’d pulled out the crumbling old iron pipes and replaced them. Took two full days. It’s pretty impressive, what they did. Very professional and friendly.

My grandmother had a leaky water heater, so I called up Plumbing Plus to see if they could come out that day to take a look and/or replace, if needed. They came out within a couple of hours of my request. It was reviewed by Michael, and he did say that her 20-year-old water heater needed to be replaced. Another tech, Matt, came out and did an excellent job at installing the new water heater. At 80 years old and living alone, my grandmother felt comfortable with the team being there, and although I was also there, I totally would have trusted this team to take good care of my grandma. Michael and Matt both explained things clearly to both of us and were very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

The entire experience was great, from scheduling an appointment to evaluating the issues to finishing the job. When the plumber wasn't able to make the afternoon time slot as scheduled, the office communicated that with me and offered me the next-day time slot with 100 percent guarantee that they would be there. I received a text and an email letting me know the plumber was on his way with his picture and name. Kyle was professional and knowledgeable, and he helped me understand what was going on and made a few other recommendations for preventative measures. He went over the quote, discussed options, and started the work right away. As things came up, he communicated with me, and we worked together to find the main city water shutoff. He replaced the pressure regulator valve, nine angle stops, three P-traps, a ball valve, and a water heater connector. He brought in a second person to help him out, picked up parts and tools he needed, and left when the job was done. I received a nice email follow-up with pictures and invoices, along with an email from the company. I'm very satisfied with the work done and would highly recommend Plumbing Plus to others!

I had a long list of items ranging from replacing our water regulator outside, two leaky faucets (probably from ongoing water regulator issues), a bathtub gasket, and hooking up an oven. I experienced two technicians coming out, Corrie and Lamonte, and could not have been happier with both of them. They were both smart guys that could diagnose the issues and also think outside the box for solutions. They were highly professional and just all around friendly. I felt that I was in good hands and will use Plumbing Plus again.
