Ongoing Safety Inspections
Giving you peace of mind is our goal. With our ongoing safety inspection, we’ll assess your home’s plumbing system to ensure that they are in safe operating condition. We’ll provide a detailed report of our findings and explain any issues we’ve identified. By alerting you of potential emergencies, we can prevent them from becoming disruptive problems. Our team will complete any minor adjustments—totally FREE of charge!
The annual inspection also includes:
- Water quality test
- Water pressure check
- Leak inspections
- Dye testing of toilets
- Water meter check to ensure that you’re not losing water and money
With our annual inspection, we’ll do the planning for you. A member of our team will call to schedule the service, so you don't have to worry about adding another thing to your to-do list.
Your annual safety inspection includes a water heater flush (there’s an additional charge for tankless water heaters) and a camera inspection of your main sewer line or other drain that may be of concern (limit one drain per year).
